Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets. Key tasks will include driving business growth, building strong client relationships, mentoring agents to optimize performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and reporting sales performance metrics to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team, with strong leadership and mentoring qualities.
• Sales Expertise: Excellent understanding of sales processes, proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets, and strong negotiation skills.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for building relationships with clients and agents.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with health insurance products, market trends, and regulatory standards is highly preferred.
• Education and Experience: A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, with prior experience in agency management or sales within the insurance sector being advantageous.
