Brief
NoFluff is seeking a skilled Amazon Account Specialist to join our core team based in Bandra, Mumbai. This role is perfect for digital marketers who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to take on more strategic responsibilities. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to bridge tactical execution with strategic planning, driving growth across multiple Amazon marketing channels while developing advanced account management capabilities.
What You Will Be Doing
Marketing Strategy & Implementation:
- Design and execute comprehensive Amazon marketing strategies across multiple product lines
- Lead advanced PPC campaign management including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display advertising
- Develop and optimize product listings with conversion-focused copywriting and SEO best practices
- Conduct strategic A/B testing of advertising campaigns and product content
- Create and manage promotional campaigns including Lightning Deals and coupons
Account Optimization & Growth:
- Manage product catalog optimization and A+ Content development
- Drive Buy Box performance and market share improvements
- Implement keyword research and competitive analysis strategies
- Monitor and optimize inventory performance metrics
- Develop and maintain brand protection strategies
Analytics & Reporting:
- Create comprehensive performance reports and actionable insights
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Track and optimize key performance metrics across all campaigns
- Present strategic recommendations to senior management and clients
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards for multiple accounts
Requirements

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon marketing and campaign management
- Advanced proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and performance marketing tools
- Proven track record of improving product rankings and driving sales growth
- Deep understanding of Amazons marketplace dynamics and best practices
- Experience in managing multiple brands or product lines simultaneously
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic planning
- Demonstrated success in crafting compelling product narratives and content
Additional Specifics:
- Work Location: Bandra (Hybrid)
- Shift: UK 9am - 5pm (Non-negotiable)
