Job Description
Key Accountabilities :
- Responsible for ECs Sales & Distribution for volume & value sale
- Lead the team of Sales Executives, Supervisors, Promoters, managing key accounts.
- Managing Teams daily market working, PJP, supporting team for their systematic sales &
distribution in territory.
- Strategic planning to ensure daily, weekly & monthly sales target & achievements.
- Proper track on Modern Trade Chain wise monthly planning, coordination with MT chains,
working on chain projections, ensuring proper Value & Quantity fill rates.
- Focusing & Developing sales in trade with the Categories which are giving high profitability to
company
- To conduct meets to coordinate with logistics department on indenting & always ensuring for
timely stocks connectivity
- Sales Cost optimization by ensuring Zero expiry & control aging stocks at company DC level with keeping proper track.
- To improve channel sales performance by managing good returns to distributors with their ROI
- To control the distributor spoil stock liability by controlling stock damages from market
- Keeping regular track on Chain fill rates & to handle gaps to ensure 95%(Maximum) fill rates
in trade & weekly reviewing the same.
- Distributor appointment / replacement as per need to ensure 100% coverage in the territory
- Conduct coordination meets with Regional Category Heads
- Involved in new product Mapping, Linking & Launching to Modern Trades.

- Ensure Distributors billing efficiency & consistency. Managing to settle distributors Claims on timely basis & assisting them with strong follow ups if any outstanding issue rises.
Operational :
- Managing availability of all brands in all outlets.
- Ensures proper supply and distribution across Modern Trade outlets.
- Coordinate activities like sampling, Visibility expansion, claim submission
- To ensure training of Merchandisers, Promoters, & Distribution salesman.
- To manage Inventory, FIFO, Fresh Stock as per company norms.
- To monitor competition activities and planning of offers & schemes.
