FullStack Developer (AI & Web3 Focus)

Were a fast-growing company, building the future of decentralized AI applications. We need a Senior FullStack Developer to architect and scale cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of blockchain and artificial intelligence.

Youll:

• Lead development of Web3-powered dApps (smart contracts, wallet integrations, DeFi/NFT protocols).
• Build AI-enhanced features (LLM integrations, chatbots, recommendation engines).
• Own end-to-end architecture (React/Next.js frontends + Node.js/TypeScript backends).
• Mentor junior devs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Web3 Development:

• Design and audit Solidity smart contracts (EVM-compatible chains).
• Integrate wallet providers (MetaMask, WalletConnect) and Layer 2 solutions.

• Work with The Graph, IPFS, oracles (e.g., Chainlink).

AI Integration:

• Implement OpenAI, HuggingFace, or LangChain for AI-driven features.
• Optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).

Full-Stack Engineering:

• Develop responsive UIs (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS).
• Build scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL) and manage cloud infra (AWS/GCP).

Leadership:

• Drive technical decisions and code reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• 5+ years in full-stack development (React + Node.js/TypeScript).
• Hands-on with Web3: Solidity, ethers.js/web3.js, dApp development.
• Experience with AI/ML tools: OpenAI API, LangChain, or fine-tuning models.
• Proficient in cloud deployment (AWS, Docker, CI/CD).

Nice-to-Have:

• Contributions to open-source Web3/AI projects.
• Knowledge of ZK-proofs, DAOs, or DeFi protocols.
• Familiarity with Python for ML (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
