B. About Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations & MIS Intern to join our Sales & Business Operations team. In this role, you will support backend sales operations, data management, and reporting, helping to drive efficiency, visibility, and informed decision-making across teams.

C. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales data, dashboards, and MIS reports to ensure accurate and timely tracking of performance
• Analyze sales data and generate insights to support decision-making for sales and leadership teams
• Coordinate with sales and tech teams to streamline backend operations and improve workflow efficiency
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and performance trends
  
• Track key sales activities, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and follow-ups
• Support CRM management by updating records, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining hygiene
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist in creating presentations, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data, reporting needs, and operational priorities

D. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or related fields

Experience

• 01 year of experience (internships/projects) in sales operations, MIS, business operations, or analytics
• Exposure to working with data, reports, or dashboards is a plus

Essential technical skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data handling)

Get Hired
• Understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), Power BI, or Tableau
• Good understanding of data organization and accuracy principles
