Role Description

This role goes beyond colleges. Youll help generate leads for any relevant opportunity startups, businesses, institutions, communities, or custom projects.

Youll explore the internet deeply, find patterns, build lead lists, and even experiment with tools like URL extractors, email finders, and data scraping platforms.

If you enjoy finding things others miss, this role is for you.

Stipend

?5,000 per month (may increase based on performance).

Research

Research and generate leads across multiple domains (startups, businesses, institutions, projects, communities)

Build targeted lists (for example: Startups in Hyderabad, EdTech founders, training institutes, etc.)

Use tools like URL extractors, email/contact extractors, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or search, Google Sheets or Notion for tracking

Collect and verify emails, LinkedIn profiles, websites, and contact details

Support ad-hoc research requests (new markets, ideas, experiments)

Share insights on what works and what doesnt

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in client outreach

Experience with research tools and techniques to identify target audiences

Familiarity with CRM software and basic data entry or record-keeping skills

Knowledge of digital marketing channels for lead generation, such as social media and email platforms

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, exhibiting self-motivation and time management

Problem-solving skills and eagerness to contribute new ideas to enhance lead generation effectiveness

Prior experience or coursework in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
