Investment Banking Analyst - Debt Capital Markets

What role you will play in team: You will be a part of our Debt Capital Markets team, supporting the origination and execution of debt financing transactions for our clients.

What you will do: You will analyze financial statements, conduct industry research, and assist in preparing pitch books and offering memorandums.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze financial statements and credit ratings of potential borrowers.
• Conduct industry research and competitive analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books, offering memorandums, and other marketing materials.
• Support the execution of debt financing transactions.
  
• Maintain detailed records of transactions and client interactions.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful transaction execution.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of debt capital markets and financial products.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
