Job Description

    You will be working as an Order Processing Analyst at Othain Group, a global IT and BP Solutions and Services Company headquartered in Hyderabad, with a focus on business process and technology management. The company is dedicated to providing exceptional customer care and solutions to clients, aiming to enhance relationships and create value in every customer interaction.
    **Role Overview:**
    As an Order Processing Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders, conduct post-sale quality checks on orders, and collaborate with the internal sales team to address customer issues and maintain order accuracy.
    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Review and understand Service Contracts, Statements of Work (SoW), and customer purchase orders.
    - Validate sales orders, vendor quotes, and internal costing tools for proper revenue recognition.
    - Effectively communicate, multitask, identify root causes, and meet monthly closing deadlines.
    - Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with minimal errors.
    - Review, audit, and manage escalations as needed.
    - Communicate effectively in writing and with internal/external customers.
    - Emphasize teamwork in all tasks.
    **Qualifications Required:**
    - Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries, orders, requests, and emails.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft suite tools with a focus on Excel.
    - Willingness to work overtime to meet financial deadlines.

    - Experience with Alteryx, Salesforce, and SharePoint is preferred.
    - Bachelor's/MBA (Finance) or higher degree.
    - 3-6 years of work experience in Billing, Order Entry Accounting, Procurement, or Professional Services.
    - Strong attention to detail and error detection.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    - Exceptional Excel skills and good accounting knowledge.
