About The Team

The Commit Backend team at Outreach is dedicated to delivering a microservice constellation that supports the forecasting and opportunity management backend for Outreach Commit. Our team plays a crucial role in powering all backend services related to creating opportunities, enabling forecasting, defining sales goals, telemetry, and CRM sync within Outreach Commit.

The Role

We are seeking backend software engineers who are passionate about tackling complex technical challenges, developing scalable solutions, identifying performance bottlenecks, and delivering incremental value. As a valuable member of our team, you will thrive in a collaborative environment, have a significant impact on our engineering platform, and contribute to the success of Outreach India. You will be instrumental in building applications in a modern web stack, focusing on scalability, performance, and quality, while actively participating in the growth of Outreach's engineering capabilities.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

• Building applications in a modern web stack, with a primary focus on the Go language
• Designing and delivering scalable solutions while prioritizing incremental delivery
• Responding efficiently to changing requirements and maintaining a high quality bar
• Owning features throughout the development lifecycle and contributing to team success
• Leveraging your expertise in distributed systems and cloud service-oriented architecture
• Collaborating effectively with the team and displaying strong communication skills
• Building and consuming web-based APIs and working in continuous deployment environments
