SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist (3-5 years) who can design, execute, and scale SEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes for IT Services / SaaS. This role requires strong technical expertise and proven experience in delivering SEO results across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive SEO strategy for IT Services / SaaS offerings.

Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to improve rankings and traffic.

Conduct deep keyword analysis, competitor benchmarking, and advanced site audits.

Manage and improve website technical health (page speed, indexing, crawl depth).

Build and execute high-quality link-building strategies.

Track performance with GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and report insights to stakeholders.

Guide to content and design teams in building high-performing SEO landing pages.

Collaborate closely with marketing and web teams to align SEO with demand generation.

Recommend new tools, approaches, and strategies to maximize SEO impact.

Must Have

1. Proven success in driving organic growth for IT Services / SaaS businesses.

2. Advanced technical SEO knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

3. Strong expertise in GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and analytics dashboards.

4. Experience creating scalable SEO roadmaps and executing them.

5. Ability to connect SEO outcomes to demand generation and pipeline impact.

6. Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Good to Have

Experience with CRO and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo).

Familiarity with SaaS growth models and PLG SEO strategies. SEO Specialist

Exposure to international SEO and multi-geo websites.

Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms.

Exposure or working experience with Webflow CM
