SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist (3-5 years) who can design, execute, and scale SEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes for IT Services / SaaS. This role requires strong technical expertise and proven experience in delivering SEO results across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive SEO strategy for IT Services / SaaS offerings.
• Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to improve rankings and traffic.
• Conduct deep keyword analysis, competitor benchmarking, and advanced site audits.
• Manage and improve website technical health (page speed, indexing, crawl depth).
• Build and execute high-quality link-building strategies.
• Track performance with GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and report insights to stakeholders.
• Guide to content and design teams in building high-performing SEO landing pages.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and web teams to align SEO with demand generation.
• Recommend new tools, approaches, and strategies to maximize SEO impact.

Must Have

• 1. Proven success in driving organic growth for IT Services / SaaS businesses.
• 2. Advanced technical SEO knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• 3. Strong expertise in GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and analytics dashboards.
• 4. Experience creating scalable SEO roadmaps and executing them.
• 5. Ability to connect SEO outcomes to demand generation and pipeline impact.
• 6. Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with CRO and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo).
• Familiarity with SaaS growth models and PLG SEO strategies. SEO Specialist
• Exposure to international SEO and multi-geo websites.
• Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms.
• Exposure or working experience with Webflow CM
