Tendering Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate relevant tenders.
Review and analyze tender documents and requirements.
Prepare and submit EOIs, RFPs, and bid proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, engineering, procurement).
Ensure compliance with bid requirements and company policies.
Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners for bid clarifications.
Conduct risk analysis on contracts and terms.
Follow up on submitted bids and track progress.
Handle bid clarifications, negotiations, and revisions.
Analyze bid outcomes and provide feedback for improvements.
