We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Associate Category Manager with hands-on experience in the EdTech industry, a strong understanding of category building, operational excellence, and expertise in the YouTube ecosystem & content strategy. This role will be responsible for managing category growth, improving user experience, and executing strategies that drive revenue, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Category Strategy & Growth

• Build, scale, and manage the assigned EdTech category to achieve business targets.
  
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  
• Develop and execute pricing, positioning, and product assortment strategies.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to craft category-specific roadmaps.
  

YouTube & Content Operations

• Work closely with the YouTube/content team to develop category-focused content strategies.
  
• Analyse YouTube performance metrics (CTR, retention, audience behavior, etc.) to optimize content performance.
  
• Coordinate with creators, educators, and internal teams to plan and publish content.
  
• Contribute to SEO, channel optimization, and audience growth strategies.
  
• Manage end-to-end operational processes for the category including scheduling, execution, and performance tracking.
  
• Monitor daily metrics, identify bottlenecks, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.
  

Work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, design, academic, product) to ensure smooth category operations.
