Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned B2B Marketing leader with 15+ years of experience to drive strategic
marketing initiatives across our Industrial Products (IP1 & IP2) and Joineries businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Create impactful product AVs, brochures, presentations, and segment-specific marketing collateral.
- Build compelling value propositions for products and innovations.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, website management, lead generation, and CRM programs.
- Drive participation in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows through effective content and branding.
- Collaborate with Business Heads, CBOs, Sales, and external agencies to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Ideal Candidate
- MBA (Mandatory) from a reputed business school/institute.
- 15+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in industrial, building materials, manufacturing, construction chemicals, or related sectors.
- Proven track record in content development, digital marketing, exhibitions, and lead generation.
