– Corporate Sales Manager
Location – Mumbai
Experience – 2+ Years of experience
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Meeting with customers and assessing their Insurance requirements, capture key demographics and present them with viable proposals.
- Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the company.
- Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.
- Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients / market.
- Achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks and implement best practices
- Experience of team handling in Insurance/ any sector.
- Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
Desired Skills and Experience-
- Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 2 to 7 years) in Insurance Broking
- University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
- MBA from a reputed B - School
