Regional Financial Analyst

Pramac, part of one of the worlds leading gas generator manufacturers and the third largest diesel generator producer globally, is seeking a Regional Financial Analyst to support the Regional General Manager in driving financial performance and informed decision-making across the Region.

PRIMARY SCOPE AND GOALS

The Regional Financial Analyst will act as a finance business partner to the regional leadership team, providing financial analysis, performance insights and decision support.

The role aims to ensure strong financial governance at regional level while actively contributing to profitability improvement, cost efficiency and strategic initiatives.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Act as a financial business partner to the Regional General Manager and the regional management team.

• Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance of the Region, ensuring accuracy, consistency and transparency.
• Prepare management reporting, including variance analysis vs Budget and Previous Year.
• Develop bridge analyses (volume, price, mix, FX, costs) to explain Sales and Margin variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecast processes at regional level.
• Monitor credit risk, working capital, inventory and accounts receivable, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with local Finance teams and HQ to ensure alignment with Group accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with Internal Control and corporate governance requirements across the Region.
• Use and promote corporate reporting and performance management tools.
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic decisions, commercial initiatives and cost-optimization projects.

EDUCATION & SKILLS

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in financial analysis / controlling within structured environments.
• Knowledge of ERP and reporting tools (Oracle, Tagetik or similar) is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail, autonomy and strong teamwork skills.
