Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage key relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue from existing accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling insurance products to bank customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the bancassurance space.
Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in BFSI sales, preferably in Banca Sales or Bancassurance.
- Strong understanding of life insurance industry and its products.
- Proven track record of success in Key Account Management (KAM) or Key Client Management (KCM).
- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build strong rapport with clients at all levels.
