Job Description

    As the Lead Managed Services Sales, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales activities in alignment with organizational objectives and the annual business plan for the specified geography. You will be tasked with meeting top-line and GM targets for the region, focusing on account mining, lead generation, and effective client engagements.
    Managing customer relationships within the specified market will be crucial, as you collaborate with product OEMs to understand their roadmap and requirements, contributing to solution building activities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including the extended sales team, pre-sales team, and Practice team, will be essential to deliver desired outcomes.
    Your role will involve both farming (upselling & cross-selling in existing accounts) and hunting (new customer acquisition) to drive business growth. To excel in this position, you should hold an MBA in Sales/Marketing, with a B.Tech degree considered an added advantage. A total of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in IT Services focusing on managed services, is required.
    Deep insights into IT Infrastructure, IT Outsourcing, SLA-based services, and NOC-based services are essential for this role. Strong communication skills, client management abilities, and the confidence to engage with C-level/Senior IT leadership are necessary qualities. A proven track record in managing the complete lifecycle of services deals, from lead generation to deal closure, will be a significant asset in this position.
    This is a permanent position within the IT Services & Consulting industry, based in New Delhi, India. The role requires 5-10 years of work experience, with expertise in account management and managed services. The educational qualification expected is a Post-Graduate degree.
