The responsibilities include managing and leading a team to achieve sales targets in the insurance domain, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and strategizing to expand the business. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, knowledge of Insurance products, and ability to develop business strategies
• Strong understanding of Customer Service principles and techniques
• Finance knowledge essential for working within a regulated industry
• Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and motivating teams to achieve targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
