Job Description
- Own demand generation end-to-end inbound, outbound, ABM, and event marketing Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Build and maintain marketing automation workflows using tools like N8N, Zapier, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms Oversee SEO strategy, website performance, and content marketing calendar Create and manage lead nurturing sequences, drip campaigns, and CRM automation in HubSpot or similar Collaborate with sales/BD teams to align pipeline targets and support account-based marketing initiatives Produce and manage content assets:
- case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs including CAC, MQL/SQL conversion rates, ROAS, and pipeline contribution Manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed Stay current on competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging marketing technologies
Must-Have Requirements
- 10-12 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in software services, IT services, or a product engineering company Proven hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms N8N, Zapier, Make.com, or similar
- Strong command of HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) for campaign management, lead scoring, and workflow automation Direct experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn campaign manager with a track record of optimizing ROI
- Proficiency in SEO, website analytics (Google Analytics 4, Search Console), and CRO Strong content creation and storytelling skills for B2B tech audiences
- Experience building ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns for enterprise or mid-market segments
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to build dashboards and translate metrics into actionable decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good to Have Experience marketing to healthcare, BFSI, or enterprise technology buyers Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, Reply IO, or similar prospecting tools Prior experience working in a startup or scaling software services company
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) Video or multimedia content production experience
