Taxation Specialist - Transfer Pricing

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member of our Transfer Pricing team, contributing to the accurate determination and documentation of transfer pricing policies for multinational companies.

What you will do: Conduct comprehensive transfer pricing analysis, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with Indian transfer pricing regulations.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct benchmark studies and prepare transfer pricing documentation.
• Prepare and file transfer pricing returns.
• Ensure compliance with the Indian Transfer Pricing regulations.
• Assist in tax audits and tax assessments relating to transfer pricing.
• Stay updated on changes in transfer pricing laws.
• Communicate with clients and authorities regarding transfer pricing matters.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in transfer pricing.
• Strong understanding of international tax principles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
