Job Description

    As a Business Growth HR Manager at RMSI in Noida, you will play a crucial role in partnering directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive HR strategies for Business Development, Strategy, and other business growth functions. Your primary responsibility will be to align people initiatives with organizational goals to strengthen performance, foster leadership, and enable sustainable growth.
    You will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, drive organizational change, and optimize structures for growth. Additionally, you will define critical talent needs, design recruitment strategies, oversee senior-level hiring, and lead effective onboarding and workforce planning.
    In this strategic role, you will implement performance frameworks, coach leaders on reviews and feedback, and address performance gaps to strengthen capability. You will also be responsible for driving leadership development and succession priorities, building high-potential talent pipelines, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
    Furthermore, you will provide market insights, align rewards with business needs, and recommend improvements to ensure fairness, equity, and competitiveness in compensation and benefits. As part of your role, you will support CEO-led transformation initiatives, lead change management efforts, and provide HR expertise during restructuring or expansions.

    Your responsibilities will also include enhancing employee engagement, utilizing feedback to improve the workplace experience, and designing retention strategies for top performers. You will be expected to track key HR metrics, analyze trends, and deliver data-driven insights to guide leadership decisions.
    To qualify for this role, you should hold a Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are preferred. You should have 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP role partnering with senior leadership. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a sound understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations. Proficiency in HRIS systems, analytics tools, and the MS Office Suite is also required to excel in this position.,
