Job Description
- You will be joining Rohan Dyes & Intermediates Ltd as an Assistant Manager in the HR & Admin department. The position is based in Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad. With over 5 years of experience and an educational background in MBA-HR/PGDM-HR & LLB, you will play a crucial role in overseeing HR operations, developing policies, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
Your responsibilities will include leading recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies, managing employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, designing and implementing training, development, and succession planning programs, as well as advising leadership on HR trends and workforce planning.
To excel in this role, you must possess skills such as leadership, strategic thinking, HR law expertise, communication, and problem-solving. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund, a day shift schedule, and a yearly bonus.
