This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Tiruppur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes understanding client needs, offering tailored finance solutions, managing loan processes, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will monitor market trends, work collaboratively with internal teams, and contribute to the growth of Saarathis lending portfolio.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in client management, sales, or business development
• Knowledge of financial products, loans, and market trends
• Proficiency in problem-solving, negotiation, and customer-centric service
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working with MSMEs or in financial services is a plus
• Fluency in regional languages is beneficial for effective communication
