Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a neutral Indian accent.
• Ability to communicate calmly, clearly, and diplomatically with patients and co-workers.
• Keen attention to detail—especially while checking patient details and updating accurate information in relevant tools.
• Proficient in customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
• Active listening and comprehension skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with patients.

Education Qualification:

• 
  Degree / 10 + 3 years Diploma / +2 (HSC) – minimum qualification.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an added advantage.
• Languages Required:
• Mandatory: English + Bengali

Typical Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with excellent communication skills.
• Assist patients with booking appointments, inquiries, email support, etc.
• Maintain 100% documentation accuracy.
• Ensure quality metrics and AHT are achieved as per process requirements.
• Be updated with process knowledge and daily operational updates.
• Follow break schedules, maintain punctuality, and complete:
• Total Login Hours: 9 hours
• Production Hours: 8 hours
• Demonstrate patient-centric behaviour and maintain a professional phone manner.
• Apply knowledge of customer care procedures effectively.
• Be proactive, flexible, and open to changes in process requirements.

Shift Details:

Male Employees: 24/7 rotational shifts.

Female Employees: Rotational day shifts (any 9-hour login between 6 AM to 8 PM).

Shifts Allocated (Project Requirement): Rotational day shift, any 9 hours working between 10 AM – 10 PM.

Working Days: 6 days with 1 rotational weekly off.

Educational Mandate:

HSC / Graduate / Postgraduate candidates are eligible to apply.

Freshers are welcome if their expected salary fits the project budget.
