Job Description
Department: Legal (Litigation)
Experience : 0-4 Years
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle all litigation matters filed by and against the Company, including labour law-related cases with the Labour Commissioner or Labour Court.
- Manage Stock Exchange arbitration-related cases.
- Handle IGRC and SEBI ODR cases.
- Manage matters filed in consumer courts or before judicial/quasi-judicial authorities.
- Handle police cases, enforcement authority letters, and related communications.
- Attend police stations and file cyber, criminal complaints on behalf of the company.
- Provide expert legal opinions on issues or seek advice from law firms for labour and critical cases.
- Engage and coordinate with external advocates and counsels for sending legal notices, their reply, etc.
- Preparing an E-note with a summary of matters for processing invoices raised by the Advocate for the legal matter.
- Prepare various reports and legal provisions.
- Key Competencies:
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification :
