Job Description
Key Deliverables / Accountabilities
- Liaise with Design and Development teams to Build products relevant to the user.
- Monitor product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for differentiation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to create new solutions and solve problems.
- Gather and prioritize user requirements through user feedback, data analysis and market insights.
- Translate user needs to clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with development, design and QA teams to deliver high quality product releases.
- Monitor user feedback to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement.
- Track and analyze metrics of the product and publish reports on product performance and trends.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes and emerging technologies relevant to the stock market ecosystem.
Competencies Required
- Work on FinTech products related to the financial markets and should have worked on Payment Modules.
- Should have strong technical expertise and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
- Experience with analytical tools to define customer behavior, interpret data, identify trends and drive data driven product decisions.
- Should be a multi tasker and be able to manage multiple priorities.
- Should be able to understand and visualize ideas clearly
- Should be a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

Essential Educational & Experience Qualification
- Graduation / MBA in any stream with 5-7 years of FinTech experience
