You will be joining Scouto, a company redefining recruitment with an autonomous AI recruiter that can handle various tasks without human intervention. Your role as a Founder's Office Associate will involve wearing multiple hats across AI-driven operations & automation, customer support & success, sales support, demos, and upsell strategy, as well as product insights & feedback loops. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who excels in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and thrives on using AI tools to solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Automation (~40%)
- Identify repetitive processes in customer support, internal ops, and sales, and automate them using AI tools, APIs, and no-code platforms.
- Build, manage, or integrate tools that streamline operations such as Zapier, GPT APIs, and LangChain.
- Customer Success & Support (~20%)
- Resolve support tickets, guide onboarding, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and engineering.
- Product Feedback & Growth (~20%)
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on new feature prototypes.
- Sales & Upsell (~20%)
- Support founder and sales team in sales calls, demos, and technical discussions.
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to improving the sales process with AI and automation.
Qualifications Required:
- Native Operator with familiarity in LLMs, prompt engineering, and no-code AI tools.
- Comfortable in sales & growth, including pitching, customer demos, and revenue growth understanding.

- Technical proficiency in working with APIs, automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Retool, and basic scripting is a plus.
- Customer-first mindset with deep empathy and strong problem-solving skills.
- Startup mindset with proactive, self-directed approach in a fast-moving environment.
- Bonus: Previous experience in SaaS, AI startups, customer success, sales engineering, or product ops.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in SaaS, AI startups, customer success, sales engineering, or product operations.
- Familiarity with building and automating internal processes beyond the basics.
