Your Mission: The Role

Searce has been one of Google Workspaces earliest and longest-standing partners over two decades of deployment, migration, and managed support work for enterprises that run their entire day on it.

As an IT Analyst Intern in Modern Work Ops, youll sit inside that managed support and delivery engine spanning our Rajkot, Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore teams where the work is never just infra. Its IT and end-user compute, together: identity, DNS, mail flow, compliance, and every login in between.

You wont be watching from the sidelines. From week one, youll be learning to own real client environments helping resolve live issues, assisting on Workspace and Microsoft 365 migrations, and getting hands-on with the identity and security layer that keeps thousands of end users productive and protected.

This is not a reset the password and move on internship. Its where you learn that the smallest DNS record can break or save someones entire workday.

This isnt a ticket-queue internship. Youre a builder-in-training for the systems that quietly hold together how enterprises collaborate. Heres how youll make your mark:

Keep Collaboration Running

• Assist in resolving live managed-support issues undelivered mail, content compliance flags, quarantine and spam/phishing escalations, and file-sharing breakdowns under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Learn to configure and troubleshoot email routing, retention, and archival rules across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Turn recurring issues into documented playbooks so the next fix is faster than the last.

Secure the Digital Workplace

• Support Identity & Access Management tasks org units, groups, SSO, and conditional access — across Google Workspace and Cloud Identity.
• Help implement and test device and mobile management policies that keep client data from leaking between work and personal accounts.
• Get hands-on with DNS: setting up and verifying A, CNAME, MX, and TXT records, and troubleshooting domain verification for client environments.

Contribute to Deployment & Change

• Assist senior engineers on Workspace and Microsoft 365 migration and change management projects from data migration to user onboarding communication.
• Shadow, and eventually run, parts of client calls learning to translate a technical fix into a client-friendly explanation.
• Absorb fast, document faster: your notes today become someone elses shortcut tomorrow.
