Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage training-related data using MS Excel (attendance sheets, reports, trackers, schedules)
  • Handle Google Drive operations, including file organization, document updates, access sharing, and task tracking
  • Create, schedule, and manage Google Meet sessions; share meeting links with trainers and learners, and ensure proper access
  • Draft, send, and manage official email communication related to training schedules, updates, and coordination
  • Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of training sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all training activities
  • Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the training team as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and Google Meet
  • Ability to create and manage Google Meet links and participant access
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for professional emails
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • close attention to detail with a responsible and proactive work attitude
