Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage training-related data using MS Excel (attendance sheets, reports, trackers, schedules).
- Handle Google Drive operations, including file organization, document updates, access sharing, and task tracking.
- Create, schedule, and manage Google Meet sessions; share meeting links with trainers and learners, and ensure proper access.
- Draft, send, and manage official email communication related to training schedules, updates, and coordination.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all training activities.
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the training team as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and Google Meet.
- Ability to create and manage Google Meet links and participant access.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for professional emails.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- close attention to detail with a responsible and proactive work attitude.
