Job Description
We are looking for a Billing Engineer manages project billing and cost control, with key responsibilities including preparing and submitting invoices, tracking project expenses, and ensuring payments align with contractual agreements.
- Prepare and submit accurate invoices based on project milestones and work completed.
- Monitor project expenses to ensure they remain within budget and track material consumption.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary information.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities and documentation.
- Perform reconciliation of material consumption, such as cement and steel, to identify and recover excess usage.
