Job Title: Cluster Admin and Maintenance

Reports To: Head Admin and Maintenance

Location: Gujarat

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor and control RNM & admin costs for the zone.
• Utilize MIS for budget vs. actual expenditure comparisons.
• Track energy consumption for the zone.
• Provide executional support for central projects like IoT automation and energy conservation initiatives.

• Assist store admin with fire safety audits, trainings, and fire drills.
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance for the zone.
• Provide necessary admin and technical support for new store launches and renovations.
• Ensure smooth handover and timely rectification of snags for new and renovated stores.

Top KPIs (Ideally Measurable) for this role are

• Support Unit Admin maintenance team in controlling costs within Zone budget.
• Track energy consumption across the zone.
• Execute innovative central projects such as IoT Automation, CE solutions, and energy conservation projects under the guidance of Head Admin-Maintenance.
• Assist store admins with fire safety audits and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations for the zone.
• Provide administrative and technical support for new store launches and renovations within the zone.
