Senior Executive / Executive - HR & IR

Human Resource Management
Implement and administer HR policies,procedures, and systems at the plant.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for plant-level positions.
Handle performance appraisal processes and maintain updated employee records

Required Candidate profile

• 8–10 years of experience in HR, IR, and Administration in a manufacturing or chemical plant environment.
• Proven experience in handling training programs and statutory compliance.
