Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Developer / Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven systems, and can take AI products from research to production at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications
• Build end-to-end AI pipelines including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment
• 
  Work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Optimize and fine-tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability
• Develop and maintain APIs and services for model inference
• Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, and reliability
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and generative technologies
• Contribute to AI architecture, technical standards, and roadmap planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as:
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or JAX
• Solid understanding of:
• Machine Learning algorithms
• Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)

  Get Hired
  Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision
• Experience with data processing and analysis using NumPy, Pandas, and SQL
• Hands-on experience with model deployment (REST APIs, microservices, or cloud-based inference)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI services
• Familiarity with MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG pipelines)
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Kafka)
• Familiarity with ethical AI, bias mitigation, and model governance
• Prior experience leading AI initiatives or mentoring teams
