A Snapshot of Your Day
You will be part of the Production & Skilled Trades team at the Nellore generator manufacturing plant. Your day will focus on supporting generator manufacturing operations by assisting production activities, material movement, and quality documentation. Working within a structured manufacturing environment, you will gain hands-on exposure to plant processes, safety standards, and quality systems that support efficient and reliable production.
How Youll Make An Impact

• Support production operations by monitoring schedules, tracking daily output, and assisting with operational data collection and reporting.
• Assist materials and inventory teams with stock tracking, material receipt verification, and plant system data entry.
• Support quality teams by documenting inspection results, maintaining records, and organizing documentation for internal audits.
• Learn and apply basic principles of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Quality Management System (QMS) practices.
• 
  Work closely with experienced team members to understand workflows across production, materials, and quality functions.
  

What You Bring

• ITI qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field (2025 pass-out); freshers only.
• Eligible under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and must not have been previously enrolled under NAPS with any other organization.
• Strong interest in manufacturing, operations, or the renewable energy sector, with a willingness to upskill in generator winding and assembly activities.
• Availability to work from the Nellore plant for a minimum duration of 12 months.
