Job Description

We are a boutique real estate agency based in Dubai Media City and part of a renowned property development group with over 40 years of successful projects across Iraq, the UK, USA, Turkey, and Egypt. As we continue our global expansion with new offices opening internationally, we are looking for an experienced and driven Resales Sales Manager to lead our Secondary Market division.

This role is ideal for a seasoned manager with a strong background in Plots, Luxury Villas, and Resale Properties within the Dubai real estate market, and someone who can effectively train, guide, and scale a high-performing team.

Please Note: Do not apply if you do not have a minimum of 5 years of Secondary/Resale Sales Manager experience in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of brokers specializing in plots, luxury villas, and resale properties.
  • Train, coach, and mentor agents on market knowledge, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Dubai secondary market.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct evaluations, and provide actionable improvement plans.
  • Build a strong internal training structure (market updates, pricing strategies, listings management, client handling).
  • Ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality resale listings (plots, villas, townhouses, and apartments).
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and external partners.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing changes, community developments, and legal/regulatory updates.
  • Work closely with senior management to set sales objectives, forecast revenue, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Drive a positive, motivated, and target-oriented team culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Sales Manager experience in the Dubai real estate secondary market.
  • Strong expertise in Resale Properties.

  • Proven ability to train, develop, and lead high-performing brokers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong network of property owners and investors is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic and other Language is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
  • RERA certification is mandatory.
