- Role Summary
- We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our B2C Sales team. This is an
- individual contributor role focused on engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career
- goals, and recommending appropriate Simplilearn programs to help them succeed.
- Key Responsibilities
- Proactively connect with potential learners via Outbound calls
- Understand individual customer needs and provide customized course recommendations.
- Convert leads into paying customers by driving consultative and need-based selling.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through high conversion rates and proactive follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–5 years of experience in B2C inside sales, preferably in EdTech or service-based industries.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tool - Salesforce is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts/weekends (as required for B2C audiences).
