Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Rajkot. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their home and commercial loan needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include assessing client requirements, processing loan applications, and providing expert advice on suitable financing options. The Relationship Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
• Experience in financial services, particularly in home and commercial loan products
• Customer service skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Analytical skills to assess loan applications and determine suitable financial solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to finance and lending
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Experience working in the Rajkot region is a plus
