Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Vasai Virar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, assessing customer needs, providing financial advice, processing loan applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves working closely with the sales team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, resolving customer issues, and contributing to the growth of the companys customer base.

• Experience in customer relationship management
• Understanding of financial products and loan processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
