Virtual Assistant Sales & Client Success Support

Your main responsibilities will include assisting the sales team in managing client communications, updating the CRM system with accurate client information, preparing and delivering sales performance reports and client feedback, coordinating meetings and follow-ups with clients, supporting the onboarding process for new clients, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional materials.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a virtual assistant or client support role, preferably in sales. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, excellent organizational abilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset are required. The ability to work independently, maintain productivity in a remote environment, and experience in market research and data analysis are advantageous.
