Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition

Promote products through digital platforms, content support, and campaigns

Support the sales team in lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups (Cold calling & Emailing)

Maintain proper records of sales inquiries and customer data

Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication

Coordinate in marketing events, promotional activities, and product demos

Prepare daily reports and share updates with the management team

Required Qualifications

Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA (Marketing preferred)

Basic understanding of sales and digital marketing

Ability to work with a proactive and learning mindset

Good computer knowledge and willingness to explore IT products

Team player with a positive and professional attitude
