About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production-line machines safely and efficiently.
• Set and adjust machine parameters as required.
• Monitor the production process and machine performance.
• Identify machine or process problems and inform the supervisor.
• Check product quality during production.
• Maintain production targets and minimize wastage.
• Follow SOPs, safety and 5S practices.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Record production and basic machine information.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Production Operator.
• Must have hands-on experience operating manufacturing machines.
• Experience in solar module manufacturing will be preferred.
• Good understanding of production processes and machine operation.
• Should be able to identify basic machine/process issues.
• Must be comfortable working in shifts.
• Freshers are NOT eligible.
• Skilled and experienced candidates will be preferred.
