Data Analyst - Power BI/SQL

Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, SQL, and transforming complex datasets into meaningful business insights.Key Responsibilities : - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.- Gather, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.- Develop data models, calculated measures, and DAX expressions in Power BI.- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.- Monitor existing dashboards and reports, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.- Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.Required Skills : - 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.- Advanced knowledge of SQL and database concepts.- Strong experience in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development.- Experience with data cleansing, transformation, validation, and analysis.- Strong understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and reporting requirements.- Experience working with large and complex datasets.- Knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
