Job Description
- As a Service Manager in the Telecom and Security Systems domain, your role will involve leading technical service operations related to Panasonic and Matrix systems. You will be responsible for managing installations, maintenance, and servicing of telecom and security systems. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing the installation, maintenance, and servicing of telecom and security systems.
- Providing technical support for Panasonic and Matrix systems.
- Troubleshooting issues related to CCTV, access control systems, EPABX, and fire alarm systems.
- Handling remote access setup and diagnostics for various security solutions.
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Maintaining service logs, reports, and documentation.
- Training and guiding junior technicians and support staff.
- Utilizing MS Office tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
To qualify for this position, you should:
- Hold a graduation degree in any stream with a technical background preferred.
- Have 3 to 4 years of experience in Telecom/Security Systems service management.
- Possess hands-on experience with Panasonic and Matrix products.
- Be proficient in handling CCTV, access control, EPABX, and fire alarm systems.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of remote access tools and troubleshooting.
- Ideally, have knowledge of networking basics and system integration.
- Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Showcase strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit leadership and team management capabilities.
- Have a problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
The preferred candidate profile includes experience in the telecom security industry, strong client handling and service coordination skills, and the ability to work independently and manage a service team effectively.
This is a full-time, permanent position with the work location being in person.,
