Position Overview
We are looking for an Associate who is a master of Advanced Excel and PowerBI to help us bridge the gap between complex datasets and strategic action.
As a Business Analytics Associate, you will build interactive tools and dashboards for our leadership team that they can rely on. This is a role for someone who is analytically rigorous, detail-oriented, and understands that every data point tells a story.
How will your day look like as a Business & Data Analytics Associate

• Executive Support: Collaborate directly with the leadership team to deliver complex data models and dashboards.
• Data Modeling: Architect complex data models using Advanced Excel to support strategic consulting projects.
• Visualization: Create interactive PowerBI dashboards that arent just functional but visually compelling for C-suite presentations.
• Consultative Collaboration: Work with our strategy teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
  
• Quality Assurance: Ensure 100% accuracy in all deliverables—in the world of Fortune 2000 consulting, precision is paramount.
  

What is our requirement

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, financial modeling, or a similar analytical role.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, VBA/Macros is a must) and PowerBI (DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices).
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• The Plus Factor: A background in accounting or financial audit is highly desirable, as it brings the level of fiscal discipline our clients expect.
• Communication: Fluent business English (written and verbal) and the ability to explain the story behind the numbers.
