Job Description

You are a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, and Deep Learning. Your expertise lies in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions using cutting-edge technologies. You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions for complex real-world problems across various industries. Your role involves developing and optimizing machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models for NLP, Computer Vision, Speech Processing, and Generative AI applications.

Your key responsibilities include building, training, fine-tuning, and deploying transformer-based models such as BERT, GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, among others. You will work with large-scale datasets, ensuring high-quality preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization. Utilizing cloud AI services like AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, and GCP Vertex AI for model deployment and scalability is an integral part of your role. You will develop high-performance deep learning pipelines leveraging frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, ONNX, and Hugging Face.
Optimizing AI models using techniques like quantization, pruning, and distillation for efficiency and deployment on edge devices will be among your tasks. Implementing and optimizing MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management, CI/CD, monitoring, and retraining is also crucial. Ensuring that AI models comply with ethical AI principles, security policies, and regulatory frameworks is paramount in your work.

Your expertise in Machine Learning & Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and ONNX will be essential. Strong experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI such as OpenAI GPT, BERT, T5, DALLE, etc., is required. Advanced knowledge of Neural Networks, CNNs, RNNs, GANs, Autoencoders, and Attention Mechanisms will be beneficial for your role. Proficiency in AI-based Data Engineering, cloud-based AI services, programming skills in Python, AI Infrastructure & Deployment, vector databases, embedding models, AI security, and ethical AI compliance are also necessary.
A Bachelor's/Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields is preferred. Experience in Edge AI, Federated Learning, AI model compression, Multi-Agent AI Systems, Swarm Intelligence, and AI Governance will be advantageous for this role.,
