Associate Manager - Internal Audit

Role Purpose:Providing independent assurance that an organisations risk management, governance
and internal control processes are operating effectively.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Assists in execution of audit plans to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control environment.
▪ Responsible for assisting in the execution of financial, operational, information systems, and compliance audits to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control environment.
▪ Performs interviews and walkthroughs to understand business processes, including
risks, internal controls and any potential control gaps.
▪ Performs audit testing to meet audit objectives in compliance with audit standards.▪ Identifies internal control issues and improvement opportunities that are meaningful and practical.
▪ Communicates audit status, testing results, observations and improvement recommendations to stakeholders.
▪ Present dashboards on audit scores, implementation status of audit observations to business segment CEOs, CFOs.
Experience & Education:Minimum Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level
▪ Should be a CA (Fresher, 3-5 years of core experience in Internal Audit).
▪ Sound knowledge of SAP.
