Executive- Finance

Role Purpose: Supports in the day to day finance operations and executes the processes and documentation Key Accountabilities:

B.Com/M.Com

Experience in creating financial documents and reports.Experience in processing of invoices, employee claims , their payments and related applicable taxations.

Prior experience in FandA Operations(preferable)

0-8 years experience

Preferred Experience And Qualification

Checks the correctness and authorizes the transactions of invoice and payments processed as per the due dates and ensures the supports are following up the SOPs

Responsible to maintain all records and facilitate processes and ensure compliance to set timelines and standards

Ensure the expenses are booked in appropriate cost centers

Responsible for core accounting and book closing. Control on over-aged open items of Vendor, GRIR, advance payments etc

Processes all invoice, employee claims and its payments as per the due dates and process adherence to ensure that payments are made to the respective partners accounts. Also ensures to follow the SOPs

Verifies all necessary documents, approve and process bills of suppliers ,service providers and Employee claims

Attend the payment queries of the Partners and Employees from time to time
