Head - Financial Accounting & Reporting

Role Purpose: Overall responsibility for handling the financial reporting, accounts consolidation, taxation, cash flow and budgetary control process for all businesses, in alignment with the overall group governance architecture Key Accountabilities:

Experience working in specific Finance sub-function with exposure to all sub-functions

CA or MBA in Finance

12-15+ years experience

Preferred Experience And Qualification

Responsible for internal and external reporting of Sterlite Tech financial performance as per standards and compliance and fund raising requirements

Ensure accurate Financial Planning and Analysis for overall organization and individual businesses and continuously track adherence

Coordinate with the internal stakeholders to align expectations of performance and identify steps to mitigate performance and reporting risks

Lead Financial due diligence during MandA situations along with third parties and ensure financial foreclosure of integration
