Sales Manager - Telecom Equipment
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target telecom equipment makers and large enterprises
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a pipeline, and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- A deep understanding of the wireless technology landscape, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development
- Proven success in Sales, Business Development, Demand Creation & Operations, Product Management, Product Promotion and Positioning, Account Management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- MBA degree in business or a related field
- Required to travel to meet with potential client
